교토의 환락가를 무대로, 마이코들이 일을 마치고 돌아오는 숙소에서 그들의 식사를 만드는 요리사가 된 키요와 교토 제일의 마이코가 되기 위해 수련하는 키요의 소꿉친구 스미레, 그리고 함께 생활하는 마이코들의 일상이 맛있는 요리와 함께 따뜻하게 펼쳐진다
