Top IPTV operates as a network and panel platform. We do not host or store copyrighted content — we route streams licensed by our upstream content partners. Where our partners have licensing arrangements with rights holders, we operate strictly within those licenses.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you are a rights holder (or duly authorised agent) and believe content available through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include
Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (multiple works can be listed in one notice).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material — specific URLs, channel names or stream identifiers.
- Contact information: your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
Our response
Once a complete, valid notice is received, we will:
- Forward it to the relevant upstream provider within 24 hours.
- If the upstream confirms the claim or fails to respond, we will remove or disable access to the identified content within 48 hours.
- Document the action and provide written confirmation to the complainant.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Restoration typically occurs 10 – 14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files suit.
Repeat-infringer policy
In line with the DMCA's safe-harbour requirements, we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Resellers found to redistribute infringing material lose their reseller status and their credit balance is forfeit.
Misuse
Section 512(f) of the DMCA imposes liability on those who knowingly send false takedown notices. Please consider this carefully before submitting.
