Eligibility
- The refund window is 30 days from your first payment (the day you initially subscribed, not your most recent renewal).
- Both monthly and annual plans are eligible.
- Promotional plans (free trials, vouchers, lifetime deals) are not eligible for cash refunds but can be cancelled at any time.
- Re-subscribers (people who already used a refund once) are not eligible a second time on the same email or payment method.
How to request a refund
Just message us. No form, no template:
- WhatsApp +1 (999) 999-9999 from the phone associated with your account, or email [email protected] from your account email.
- Tell us your order ID (or just your email).
- We'll confirm within an hour during business hours, or by the next morning if you ask late at night.

Pro-rated refunds after 30 days
If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window, we'll refund the unused months minus a 15% admin fee. Service ends immediately upon refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing through your bank — chargebacks lock the funds for 60+ days and we can resolve almost any issue in under an hour directly. We treat unsolicited chargebacks as a breach of our terms of service.
